Plain-English summary. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and Vladimir Anisimov ("we," "us," "our") and govern your access to and use of the Little Wins mobile application and any related websites, content, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Family accounts. Little Wins is set up and controlled by a grown-up who creates a family and adds children. Children join with a one-time code from their grown-up and use the Service under that grown-up's supervision.

Coins & rewards are virtual. Coins, rewards, and gifts in Little Wins are virtual items with no monetary value. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are managed entirely by the grown-up.

Subscriptions. Some features require a paid subscription billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your store account settings.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Little Wins you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service and uninstall the app.

2. Eligibility & Family Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account, accept these Terms, and manage a family. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Little Wins uses a family account that is stored on our servers so that chores, coins, and rewards can sync between devices:

A grown-up signs in with Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple and creates the family.
The grown-up adds children and, for each child, generates a one-time code the child uses to join. Children do not create their own accounts and do not provide an email or password.
Children may use the Service only as part of a family created and supervised by their parent or guardian. The grown-up is responsible for the children they add and for supervising their use of the Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the device and sign-in credentials used with the Service and for any activity that occurs through your family account.

3. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Vladimir Anisimov grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use Little Wins on mobile devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial family use.

This license does not grant you any right in the underlying software code, design, trademarks, or branding. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Vladimir Anisimov and its licensors.

4. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You agree not to, and not to permit any child or third party to:

copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Service, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service;
upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, harmful to minors, or otherwise objectionable;
upload images that you do not have the right to use, or that depict other people without appropriate consent;
use the Service to infringe any intellectual-property, privacy, or other right of any person;
interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by sending automated requests, scraping, probing, or running security scans without our written permission;
circumvent any technical limitation, license validation, or usage measurement built into the Service;
use the Service to develop a competing product or service.

5. Coins, Rewards & Virtual Items

Little Wins lets grown-ups assign chores and award coins, which children can put toward rewards or gifts set up by the grown-up. Coins, rewards, and gifts are virtual items with no monetary value. They are not currency, are not redeemable for cash or any real-world payment, and have value only within the app as a motivational tool managed by the grown-up.

Any real-world reward a grown-up chooses to give a child is entirely between the grown-up and the child; we are not a party to it and are not responsible for it. Reward purchases initiated by a child are placed on hold for grown-up approval; children cannot make real-money purchases through the Service.

6. Subscriptions, Billing & Trials

Certain features ("Premium Features") are available only through a paid subscription. Prices, durations, and included features are displayed in the app prior to purchase and may vary by region, currency, and promotional offer. A subscription applies to the whole family.

How billing works

Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID (on iOS) or by Google through your Google account (on Android), and are governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or the Google Play Terms of Service respectively.
Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Apple or Google where required.
Subscription state and entitlements are synced through RevenueCat so your subscription remains available across the family's devices.

Free trials and introductory offers

We may offer free trials or introductory pricing. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the then-current rate. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple or Google.

7. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The renewal charge is processed within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Little Wins → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Little Wins → Cancel.

Cancelling stops future renewals; you retain access to Premium Features until the end of the current paid period.

8. Refunds

Purchases are managed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted to the relevant store — Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google via Google Play refunds. We do not have the ability to issue store refunds directly. Where local consumer-protection law (for example, the EU right of withdrawal) gives you additional refund rights, those rights apply and are not waived by these Terms.

9. Your Content

Content you and your family add to the Service — including chores, rewards, coin activity, and the images you upload ("Your Content") — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you and your family (for example, storing an uploaded photo and showing it on the relevant child's or grown-up's device). This license ends when Your Content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup and legal-retention periods.

You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to upload it. You are also responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important; the Service is not a backup service.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service — including the app code, design, user interface, graphics, icons, sounds, written content, and the "Little Wins" name and logos — is owned by Vladimir Anisimov and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set out.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and exploit such Feedback without restriction or compensation.

11. Third-Party Services, Apple & Google

The Service includes or interoperates with the following third-party providers:

Apple — Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases, push notifications, and the App Tracking Transparency framework (governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple's EULA).
Google — Sign in with Google, Google Play billing, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
RevenueCat — subscription management and entitlement sync.
Amplitude — product analytics.
Sentry — crash and error reporting.
Cloudflare — storage and delivery of images you upload.

Use of these providers is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control. The data each provider processes is described in our Privacy Policy.

Apple-specific terms. You and we acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Vladimir Anisimov only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Service. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

12. Service Changes, Updates & Beta Features

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and may release updates that change, add, or remove features. We may also offer experimental, "beta," or preview features, which may be unstable and may be removed at any time. Such features are provided on an "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Vladimir Anisimov and its licensors expressly disclaim all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will always be available or preserve Your Content. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Vladimir Anisimov, or its affiliates, agents, or licensors, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us (via Apple or Google) for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct).

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vladimir Anisimov and its affiliates and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with: (a) your or your family's access to or use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right.

16. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or are engaging in conduct that creates risk or possible legal exposure for us or other users, including children. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account in the app, uninstalling the app, and cancelling any active subscription.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Your Content license, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the country in which Vladimir Anisimov is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

We prefer to resolve disputes informally: before taking any formal action, please contact us at support@anisimov.app and allow us 30 days to try to resolve the issue. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence and may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

18. Export Controls & Sanctions

You agree to comply with all applicable export, re-export, and sanctions laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of a country embargoed by such laws, and that you are not listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

19. Children

Little Wins is intended to be set up and managed by adults. Children use the Service only through a family created and supervised by their parent or guardian, who is responsible for their use. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child except as needed to run the child's profile within the family, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you believe a child has used the Service without appropriate parental involvement, contact support@anisimov.app.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, an in-app notice or a notice on this page) before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
