Privacy Policy
Vladimir Anisimov · Effective Date: 2026-09-02 · Last Updated: 2026-09-02
Privacy at a glance. Vladimir Anisimov ("we," "us," "our") builds Little Wins, a family app that helps grown-ups and kids organise chores, earn coins, and redeem rewards. Little Wins is a family-account service: to make shared chores, coins, and rewards work across devices, we store family data on our servers. We collect only what is needed to run the app, deliver subscriptions, keep the Service safe, and improve it. We do not show ads, and we do not sell your — or your children's — personal data.
Grown-ups are in control. A parent or guardian sets up the family, adds children, and manages every child profile. Children do not sign in with an email or password — they join with a one-time code created by their grown-up. Grown-ups can edit or delete children's data at any time from within the app.
No ads, no data selling. Little Wins contains no advertising and we do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as defined by California's CCPA/CPRA.
Your controls. You can access, correct, export, or delete your family's data, manage notifications in Settings, and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account. The app uses no advertising identifier and shows no tracking prompt.

1. Scope of this Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you use the Little Wins mobile application and related websites and services (collectively, the "Service"). It applies to information processed by Vladimir Anisimov as a "data controller" (or equivalent) under applicable privacy laws.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Service.
2. Who is the Data Controller
The data controller is:
- Vladimir Anisimov
- Email: support@anisimov.app
For any privacy question or request, contact us at the email above. If we are required to appoint a representative in your region, we will identify one here and honour requests routed through it.
3. Personal Data We Collect
We collect only what is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service. Because Little Wins is a shared family service, some data is stored on our servers so it can sync between the grown-up's and the children's devices.
| Category | Examples | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Grown-up account data | Name and email address received from your Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple provider when a grown-up signs in; a unique account identifier; authentication tokens | Provided by you via Google / Apple sign-in |
| Child profile data | A child's display name, optional avatar photo, coin balance, assigned chores and rewards, completion history — all created and managed by the grown-up | Provided by the grown-up who manages the family |
| Family content | Chores, schedules, gift/reward catalogue, coin transactions, purchase requests, and photos you add to tasks, gifts, or as proof of completion | Provided by grown-ups and children within the app |
| Images you upload | Task, gift, and proof photos. These are stored on our object-storage provider and delivered via CDN | Provided by you when you add a photo |
| Device & technical data | Device model, OS version, language, region, app version, a pseudonymous installation identifier, crash logs and diagnostics | Collected automatically from your device |
| Usage data | Events such as app launches, screen views, and feature interactions; pseudonymous session and user identifiers used for product analytics | Collected automatically when you use the app |
| Notification data | A push-notification device token, and your notification on/off preference | Provided by your device / your settings |
| Subscription & purchase data | Subscription status, plan, renewal state, country, and an anonymous store transaction identifier, validated server-side | Provided via Apple App Store / Google Play and our subscription provider |
| Support & communications | Email address and the contents of any message you send us | Provided by you when you contact us |
What we do NOT collect. We do not collect your contacts, precise location, microphone input, browsing history outside the app, biometric data, government identifiers, or payment card numbers (payments are handled entirely by Apple and Google). We do not knowingly collect contact information directly from a child.
4. How & Why We Use Your Data
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Provide the Service. Create and run family accounts, sync chores, coins, and rewards between grown-up and child devices, store and display the images you add, deliver notifications, and validate subscriptions.
- Improve and develop the Service. Understand which features are used, diagnose crashes and performance issues, and prioritise improvements.
- Security and fraud prevention. Detect and prevent abuse, fraudulent subscriptions, automated misuse, and security incidents.
- Customer support. Respond to your questions and troubleshoot issues.
- Communicate with you. Send service and security notices and — where you have enabled them — activity notifications.
- Legal and compliance. Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and protect our rights and the rights of others, including children.
5. Legal Bases (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the following lawful bases:
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to deliver the Service, manage family accounts and subscriptions, and respond to support requests.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to secure the Service, prevent fraud, and conduct limited product analytics. We balance these against your rights and offer opt-outs where appropriate.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for optional analytics, notifications, and any processing that requires tracking permission on iOS. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — to comply with laws, court orders, and regulator requests.
For children's data, processing is carried out on the instructions of, and under the authority and consent of, the child's parent or guardian (see Section 6 and Section 18).
6. Family Accounts, Children & Parental Control
Little Wins is designed to be set up and controlled by a grown-up (a parent or guardian):
- A grown-up creates the family, then adds one or more children. The grown-up provides each child's display name and, optionally, an avatar photo.
- Children do not create their own accounts and do not provide an email or password. A child joins the family by entering a one-time code generated by their grown-up in the app.
- A grown-up can view, edit, and delete any child profile and all associated data (chores, coins, rewards, photos) at any time from within the app.
- Purchases of rewards initiated by a child are placed on hold for grown-up approval; children cannot make real-money purchases.
By adding a child and providing the child's information, the grown-up confirms that they are the child's parent or legal guardian (or are authorised by them) and consent to our processing of the child's information as described in this Policy on their behalf.
7. Third-Party Processors & SDKs
We use a small number of service providers to deliver and improve the Service. They act as our "processors," are bound to use personal data only on our instructions, and may not use it for their own purposes.
| Provider | Purpose | Data processed | Region |
|---|---|---|---|
| Apple Inc. | Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases & subscriptions, push delivery (APNs) | Account identifier and (if you choose to share it) name/email, transaction data, device token | United States, EU |
| Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. | Sign in with Google, Firebase Analytics (product analytics), Firebase Cloud Messaging (push delivery) | Account name & email, pseudonymous app-scoped analytics identifiers (no advertising ID), device & usage data, device token | United States, EU |
| Amplitude, Inc. | Product analytics — understanding feature usage and retention | Pseudonymous device & user IDs, event data, session metadata, app version | United States, EU |
| RevenueCat, Inc. | Subscription management, receipt validation, entitlement sync | Anonymous app user ID, store transaction ID, country, subscription status and lifecycle events | United States |
| Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) | Crash and error reporting | Crash stacks, device and app diagnostics, pseudonymous identifiers | United States, EU |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Object storage (R2) and CDN delivery of the images you upload | The task/gift/proof images you add and associated file metadata | Global edge network |
| OVH | Hosting of our application servers and database | All server-side account and family data described above | European Union |
We may update this list as our stack evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date and, where required, with prior notice.
8. Advertising & Tracking
Little Wins contains no advertising and does not track you. We do not serve ads, we do not sell your personal information, and we do not engage in cross-app or cross-site behavioural advertising. We never use children's data for advertising or marketing.
No advertising identifier, on either platform. The app does not use or collect any advertising identifier. On Android, the Android Advertising ID (AAID) is not requested or collected. On iOS, the app does not access Apple's identifier for advertisers (IDFA) and shows no App Tracking Transparency prompt. Our analytics providers (Firebase Analytics, Amplitude) run in a privacy-preserving mode using only pseudonymous, app-scoped identifiers, with advertising-ID and ad-personalisation collection disabled.
9. Cookies & Similar Technologies
The Little Wins mobile app does not use cookies. Our marketing website may use a small number of cookies or similar technologies (for example, to measure page performance). Where required, the website will let you accept, reject, or manage non-essential cookies.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law:
- Family account & content (profiles, chores, coins, images): for as long as the family account is active. When a grown-up deletes a child, or deletes the family/account, the associated data is deleted or anonymised.
- Crash logs & analytics events: up to 14 months from collection.
- Subscription & purchase records: for the duration of the subscription and as required to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
- Support correspondence: up to 36 months after the ticket is closed.
- Logs used for security or fraud prevention: up to 24 months.
11. How We Protect Your Data
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS) for all network communications.
- Encryption at rest at our cloud providers using industry-standard mechanisms.
- Strict, least-privilege access controls for our team.
- Logging and monitoring of our backend infrastructure.
- Regular review of dependencies and third-party SDKs for known vulnerabilities.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we become aware of a personal-data breach that creates a high risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
12. International Data Transfers
Personal data we process may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one in which you live, including the United States. When we transfer personal data outside the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum where applicable) and adequacy decisions where available. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting support@anisimov.app.
13. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data (including that of children in your family, which you exercise on their behalf):
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — ask us to delete personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Restriction — ask us to limit processing in certain circumstances.
- Portability — receive a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, at any time.
- Lodge a complaint — with your local data-protection supervisory authority.
Much of this you can do directly in the app (edit or delete children, or delete your account). For anything else, email support@anisimov.app. We will respond within the time limits required by applicable law (generally within 30 days) and may need to verify your identity first. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
14. GDPR / EEA, UK, Switzerland
If you are located in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the rights set out in Section 13 and you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence, work, or where the alleged infringement took place. For privacy questions, contact support@anisimov.app.
15. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to know, access, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger the right to limit. You have the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. Submit requests to support@anisimov.app.
16. Other U.S. State Rights
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights similar to those described above, including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling. We do not engage in targeted advertising or the sale of personal information.
17. Brazil (LGPD)
If you are located in Brazil, the LGPD grants you rights similar to those under the GDPR, including confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion, information about sharing, and revocation of consent. To exercise your LGPD rights, contact support@anisimov.app.
18. Children's Privacy
Protecting children's privacy is central to Little Wins.
- The Service is set up and controlled by a grown-up. Children's information is provided by, and processed under the authority and consent of, the child's parent or guardian.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children beyond what is needed to run their profile within the family (a display name, an optional avatar photo the grown-up adds, and the chore/coin activity they use in the app). Children are not asked for an email address, phone number, or precise location.
- We never show ads to children, never use children's data for advertising or marketing, and never sell children's data.
- A grown-up can review, edit, and delete a child's information at any time in the app, or by contacting us.
If you believe a child has provided us personal information without a parent's or guardian's involvement, or you want a child's data removed, contact support@anisimov.app and we will delete it promptly.
19. Automated Decision-Making
We do not engage in automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you or your children.
20. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and provide reasonable notice through the app or website where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised Policy.
